Raghav stirs from his slumber:
Today finally seems to have stirred the hard of hearing Guard Babu Raghav rom his slumber. Grabbing his married son by the collar for defending his mother when he himself defends his mother seems to have stirred his conscience. He also realized he raised his tone a few octaves at Cowsalya...his wife who has toiled for his family with no complaints about his mother to him.😕 That's a good sign.
To heat up matters more, he was upset that his Mallikayin Cowsalya didn't come with the juice and snack as usual to greet him after a long day's work. After all it''s his daily habit to have a few lovey-dovey moments with his wife in spite of her tight schedule of running ragged for his family members including his "Soorpanaka" sister Sarla and Shaguni mata Shanti Devi who spend their whole day plotting and planning to insult Cowsalya and her kids and fleece Raghav and his family of every buck he earns. Until now he's been hard of hearing what's going on in Shanti Sadan other than what the old bat wanted him to see.
One of these days Riya and Shivam should gift him a hearing aid and he should hear Shanti's witchy ways behind his back, then give her the shock of her life confronting her about it. 😊
COWsalya the lioness roars:
The precap seems to be the beginning of the wide awakening of Raghav. The usually docile Cowsalya seems to have shocked her patidev with the brutal truth in two sentences. Wah!🥳 Way to go girl, now you're talking👏. There is an Indian saying "When the sadhu loses his temper he can burn the forest down". Today Cowsalya's sneak peak showed that she's got fire in her belly and if she chose to, she can give back as good as she gets. Her silence didn't mean she was not aware of the manipulations and sinister plots behind her back.
Today the lioness in Cowsalya was finally awakened too. She saw Nimmi terrified when Shanti was plotting to marry her two daughters off to any loser as if they were worthless. She saw Raghav grab her darling son Shvam by the collar. A loving mother will take abuse on herself but be warned when you threaten her cubs.👏
Riya's time to wake up to reality:
Riya is still in la la land mooning over her husband waiting for his lovey dovey words. She was in no mood to listen to a stressed out Shivam. Even when he raised the point of warning her about his family modus operandi before the wedding and the state of things at home being stressful she seemed hell bent on making him wrong. Silly girl has a lot to learn about life and marriage in particular. It's not all about making starry eyes at your husband especially living in the Shanti Sadan. Maybe this was done to awaken Riya when she comes back to her sasural to view the situation with fresh eyes.🤔
To begin with Dadi should expect Riya's full paycheck only to have her tell Shanti Devi "Nope! Sorry have expenses of my own so you don't get the full paycheck". She should give Cowsalya and her sisters in law a few bucks. Less money for Shanti Devi to blow it off on Sarla and her useless kids (except Sonal). Riya's excuse ...she didn't hear Raghav's rule #1:All paychecks must be delivered into Shanti Devi's hands for further distrubution as needed to family members".
Shivam's dreams reawaken after face off with family:
Shivam has reawakened to his dream to build a house for his dear mother and take care of his sisters. After all that's what his father has taught him. The patriarch of the family can't fault him now for after all the child learns from the parent about the rules of living.🥳
Shivam should get a loan to start his gym with Riya's father's support. Let's see how quickly Shanti Devi switches sides in a heartbeat. She dropped Sarla like a hot potato to secure her place firmly in Raghav's family. Shanti Devi will sway in the direction where she sees money flowing. There's no faster way to take control than to be the one to rake in the big bucks for the family.😉
Shanti Devi's shaky house of cards:
Shanti Devi is going to be foaming at the mouth sooner rather than later when she realizes that the house rules she activates using Raghav as her puppet may finally come to bite her when Shivam follows it ...do as parent do not as parent says. The house of cards she built could crumble by her own doing listening to her no-good daughter.
Sarla's troubles shadowing:
Sarla better make nice with Rani. While she's plotting at maike to loot her brother, her bahu could be making sure she's queen of the Railway colony flat. Pari and Amit's secret lives may soon come to the fore and antagonizing her bhabhi and her kids may come to bite her too.
