India-Forum introduces the first ever ARTIST OF THE MONTH award. An award given to one star who has truly shined and proved to be the best in Creativity, Versatility, and has excelled in his or her field to a great extent. Here are the FAQs about the Artist of the Month, followed my other details.
Who decides the Artist of the Month?
The AOTM is decided by the nominations we receive by the forum members. The top 5 most voted actors are then discussed by the AOTM judging team, and the most deserving artist is hence given the title.
Where can you find the Artist of the Month Articles?
Artist of the Month Articles are tagged to Telly Buzz. So you will have to check them out in our Telly Buzz page..
What do you really look for in the AOTM?
We look for a person who is highly versatile, and excels in the field he or she is best at.
Are only actors eligible for the award?
Not at all! An artist is a person who is creative, an individual related to the entertainment industry. Also, writers/creative heads/directors/actors/singers are eligible.
What's more in store for the AOTM?
A month long fame on the IF home page, a Trophy and recognition for all the hard work they put it.
What do the fans get?
One full month of celebrations for the Artist of the Month, From Podcast Interviews, to exclusive Chit Chats, Video messages by the Artists themselves, Exclusive pictures, and videos of the artists receiving the award, and much more.
What does the award look like?
A replica of the award is put up below. The award will be entirely in clear crystal with the name and title written below.
Can we send in congratulation cards and gifts for the artist? Will it reach them?
Of course! Anyone can send letters, cards, gifts for the artist to our Office in Mumbai, India. The contact details are put up below.
When will the AOTM be declared every month?
The AOTM will be declared on the 3rd of every month.
Who all are in the AOTM team?
We have a panel of 4 judges who are IF members. Along with them, is a team who will help out with research, data collection, pictures, video updaters and much more.
Can I become a part of the AOTM team?
Absolutely! PM the AOTM members and you're in!
Is the AOTM only restricted to television?
Yes, as of now. But we are working on it to spreading to all forms on entertainment, including Bollywood and Theater.
Can we send ideas for Artist of the Month, where we can specify new concepts on which we can write our articles, that are based on the Artist?
