Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will now show sadness, pain and tragedy in Raman and Ishita's life after Ishita has a miscarriage post the bus incident.
When Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) jumps off the bus to save her life, she will land on a rock.
Raman (Karan Patel) will be shocked to see Ishita unconscious and will rush her to the hospital.
The doctor will give the family the bitter news that Ishita has lost the baby and everyone will be shattered hearing this.
Raman will not be able to control his pain and will break down in Mrs. Bhalla's arms.
Raman will tell his father that he has lost his baby forever.
When Ishita regains consciousness she will rush to meet Adi and Ruhi thinking that they got injured but then she will realize that she has had a miscarriage.
Raman and Ishita will be in pain but will decide to not become weak in front of each other.
