How fake is the SwaSan marriage, actually?

All this time I believed that Sanskaar and Swara's marriage was an arrangement but was done with proper rituals in a temple (as they said to the women). It was only labeled fake in the sense that they didn't marry with the intention to live as a proper married couple with love and affection. I never once thought they were just pretending to be married while they are still actually single.

Now after these spoilers of Sanskaar 'marrying' her in front of the family, I'm even more confused.

Is he just reaffirming the marriage by showing everyone that as her husband I am used to doing this, it's not a big deal?
Is he showing everyone that yes we are already married but if you don't believe us, we can do it again in front of you?
Or is he actually really marrying her for the first time here?

Either way, Lakshya must have said some very nasty things to provoke him. He can't hear a word against Swara anyway, so this must have been particularly bad. I also think he did it in the heat of the moment. I doubt he realizes he's in love with Swara and probably just feels extremely protective and a continuing sense of guilt for plotting against her and defaming her in the past. Thanks to his efforts back then, people are now quick to point fingers at her and malign her. I'm sure he can't stand that anymore and feels that since he's the reason for her 'badnaami' he will not allow anyone else to bash her character.

Sometimes i feel what he filled in swaras maang isnt sindoor maibey its just colour 😃

They never really married but if it's sindoor then they are married now

The 3rd option is the answer to your question.

They weren't really married, it was just for show so that Swara could get into the Maheshwari Mansion and unite her parents by bringing out Ragini's asli colour.

So when he puts sindoor on her maang in the up coming episodes is the first time he marries her. 😊

once he fills her maang, it becomes marriage, as hindu's considers it as sacred.
Technicalities doesnt matter..
Colour or sindoor-doen't matter, it will be considered as sindoor only.
Earlier was a fake one, as no rituals were done.
But current one is considered as a marriage, even though rituals are not completed-an adoori shaadi.
But sekhar-Shomi also did that only, so hope Swasan marriage is completed.
In shows, filling maang is enough to consider it as a marriage..
That too i conducted in a sacred place like mandir, before his family.
