Stupid director saying 80% Indian women suffer this - what crap

if he know with out a doubt that 80% of women suffer this crap. shouldn't he be doing something more constructive about then making dumb tv serials. shouldn't he take his statistics and go to the police or government. we live in india too. we have MIl and aunts and hundred other female relatives but not one behaves in this manner with their DIL or newly married brides. may be director sahab is getting his inspiration from his own home and backyard. to make such a regressive and degrading comment.

I can even imagine uneducated, financially-dependent women suffering such things because of lack of choice. But a city-bred, foreign-educated, financially-independent girl putting up with such things is just ridiculous!!
