Idont think someone as fussy as Aamir will do lipo. You can shed by exercising. ...not sure tho.

He definitely did cosmetic procedure on his face after Fanaah to star in 3idiots.

As the tour guide his face was filled with wrinkles and saggy chin which disappeared later
