I feel that Amanat never gets as much credit as he deserves...all the judges keep mentioning how important it is for a singer to be versatile but they dont ever praise Amanat for his versatility!
He is the only singer in the group who has stepped out of his genre and not bombed at it...look at aneek who only sticks to sonu nigam and raja who can mainly sing only kailash kher and sukh singh's songs very well! Whenever any of them has stepped out of their so called "genre", they have failed badly...especially Raja. Yet, they keep getting saved by the public and Amanat is brought down to the bottom!
Has any one ever noticed when Amanat sang Sona Sona, Koi Mil Gaya, and the ghazals episode?!?! He was amazing in all three different genres but people seem to forget that!
I agree that all three are amazing singers and at the level they are at now, it's very hard to differentiate between them. But, I feel that Aneek and Raja are hyped up way too much just cuz they are good solely in their genre whereas Amanat never seems to get enough credit. Now that we are getting to the end of the contest, I just hope that the public votes for the best singer without any biased issues getting in the way!!! In my opinion, AMANAT IS THE BEST!!!
On a side not, next time on SRGMP, they should give all the contestants nicknames and not tell the viewers where they are from or what their real names are...it wud completely stop any of these biases that arise because of racism, patriotic issues, and even regional issues...this way, the public would truly vote for the best singer without being biased! any ideas?!?! đ
