Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan: The finale was a major disappointment, but Parth Samthaan aka Manik lives on!
Parth Samthaan's character in MTV's Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan has been in the news forever now! Ever since the actor fell ill, a new report comes our way and frankly we were done with all the he'll continue, he'll continue not' confusion. The latest we heard was that he will continue if the makers accept his demands including the one where he shoots just 4-5 hours a days. And looks like his demands have been met...
The finale of the show was aired last night and it wasn't particularly great. Everything seems to be right with Fab Five with Aryaman turning all nice and Nandini (Niti Taylor) and Manik finally consummating their love. But the thrilling climax that we all waited for, turned out be a major disappointment. So we know that Manik and Cabir took the car that Nyonika had planted a bomb in, assuming that it'll be sent for Nandini. Now she's all panicky and calls Harshad to fix the problem which he successfully manages to do. but when the driver takes the bomb off, he mistakenly causes the break oil to leak out resulting the failure of the car breaks. Manik bangs the car into a tree to stop it but Cabir gets injured in the process. The moment Manik get off the car to get help, the car blasts.
The sequence could have been a very thrilling one had it not been for Parth's absence from the show. Clearly he was not available for this shoot and so all his scene were back shots, no expressions and no dialogues. this ruined the otherwise intense climax. But there's always some good in the bad too and in this case it's the fact that Manik is not dead and will return in season 2.
Whether Cabir would have survived or not is something we are yet to find out. Till then, stay tuned.?
