I totally agree with your post. I stopped watching QH after KSG left. I decided to watch this new season since it had no connection with previous seasons. But now I am regretting since they are using the same background score which keeps reminding me of AsYa.

Another problem with the lead couple is that I don't see any chemistry between them. In season one Asad had feelings for Zoya from the first time he saw her in dargah. He kept getting angry at her and pushes her away because he was trying to fight his feelings for her.

In this season Azaad is kind of irritating with that Stoney look all the time and he has no feelings for Mahira. He actually hates her for real 😕

looks like we r on the same boat buddy and so are many of us ASYA lovers . those who r finding similarity between asad and this azad, perhaps didnt watch the same show 😆...matlab kahan asad, he was an an epitome of perfection and comeon man ! it was ksg who portrayed the character...face it, this guy playing azad is a newbie and has to go a long way to get decent acting skills forget ksg's perfection ! so I atleast thought it to be a new story with new characters where surbhi is co-incidentally the female lead , it has nothing to do with asad, and asya and qh 1. and since u have same issue with the azad guy read this post now,https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/qubool-hai/4454017/allah-miyan-whatz-wrong-with-u-azad-janab

To be honest, I have to agree with Mr. Darcy Fan. Not only is the background music recycled but so is the storyline.

storyline same hai with supernatural twist , yeh lagta hai kya ? ie, how could u possibly say itz the same...maybe the frame is same, but so are the storylines of many ghisapita longrunning shows. qh 1 pe 2 brothers didnot fall for 1 , zoya got accidentally married to ayan, ayan always saw her as his bhabi and friend. their relationship was like brother and sister, and upor se 2 brothers, oh God ! they were the epitome of bromance...ayan meant a world to Mr. Khan and vice-versa ... yaha par toh the brothers are ready to jump on each others throat all the time and they actually fel for the same girl and even now not got over her. Kainath is nothing like Najma...she is more like Nikhat...in the sense she is eternally at ladkewale 's mercy.
nehi yaar , cvs are doing these similar patterns intentionally to sell us the idea ki this season will be similar to their most beautiful done season 1...but hero ka naam similar rakhne se kuch nehi ho jata. Mr. Khan was smartness, hotness and brilliance personified and KSG had done a brilliant job breathing life to it...this guy, playing Azad, no offence, but he has still a long way to go, acting wise.

Well explain...it was wat i wanted to say

Maybe if with "Mahira" they had thought of doing the reincarnation' track, then yes, this whole repeat of similar season track stories could have been ore believable and prob even more bearable, as reincarnation tracks have links between the past and the present! The story is basically the same.. On the same string as the last season.. So.. Nothing much diff can be expected from te writers! :/

mahira is not yet shown to be reincarnated sanam... may be we hav to wait for further unfolding of the plot.
