Why does it matter

I don't understand why it really matters if yuvraj was doing whatever they think he was with that girl because technically they are getting suhani married to someone else in a couple of days. I really don't think suhani should have said anything because she is getting divorced and married so having "trust" doesn't really matter. She is not supposed to show concern or feelings toward the situation even though i know she truly loves him, she should show anger at the things he said.

I don't understand actually how she trust him enough to think he isn't doing anything but doesn't trust him enough to know that he has changed and doesn't believe in beauty, because clearly he was fine before the competition and changed right after so clearly something happened within that time that she should have spoken to him since she has immense trust in him
