Discuss her ability to pull audience to theaters.

Can't say till she does a film that is HER film. But in general, I don't find anyone watching a film for Kareena Kapoor per se, even if they like her. They watch if it's worth it as an overall movie. And that holds true for most actors which is why I don't understand the BO pull discussion everyone keeps emphasising on here.

yeah but some actors have more of a pull than others. Popularity-wise. And I hear people around me like bebo a lot, though personally I agree with what you have said - the overall film.

But would BB have worked 300 crores without Salman? Not sure.

@bold: I always say it's different for the Khans. Their presence can impact the extent of commercial success.

Others have their popularity levels as well. It is quite possible that a particular movie might have made more with another star or not so much with someone else in absolute numerical terms. That's trade analysis which I have little knowledge about. But I doubt the overall fate of the film would be affected.

Zero. Kareena has no BO pull. She is a celebrity because of her last name and her marriage. It's sad because she had the potential to be much bigger instead of who she is now.

very few actress got BO pull and bebo was one of them but she contributes little towards the BO nowadays.Saying that she is a popular face and having some1 like her help in creating buzz but it doesn't always translate into collections
