I wish something like this actually happened in qubool hai instead of just killing aahil. 😭 but is it true that sanam has cancer? 😲 anyways, I'm guessing that maybe aahil will get ready to talk to sanam about his feelings and at the same time, misbah will arrive as sanam's secretary. so it's almost like a climax when aahil understands everything!
