That's one thing I love about desis, some genuinely have maintained the values instilled in them by their parents. Recently some Indian airport employee at LaGuardia went out of his way to help my mom at the airport when she missed the boarding time. That left a huge impact on me.

There are a lot of positives about our culture which I hope some day comes back in full form.

Maybe skin color was a factor lol but from what I've seen, some street goons in India don't care whether you're 5 or 50 or black or white, they'll still stare the heck out of you. It's rude everywhere else but these men don't seem to think that.

Well, it's really not surprising to see this happen, offenders and victims get younger and younger. Sadly, kids aren't safe anywhere. So back in elementary school, during our recess time, a car pulled up along the playground and this dude sat there in the driver side with the window and his shit hanging out. 😕 That playground had kids ranging from 7-12, it was disgusting. An eagle eyed teacher phoned the security and this dude was promptly arrested.
