In the recent episodes of "Kumkum Bhagya" we saw Pragya (Sriti Jha) find out about Tanu's (Leena Jumani) fake pregnancy. She heard Tanu speaking on the phone with Nikhil, revealing her vicious plans. Pragya also heard Aaliya (Shikha Singh) plotting to ruin Abhi's (Shabbir Ahluwalia) life and career.
When she is about to reveal the truth to her husband, Aaliya and Tanu get her run over by a car. Pragya is fatally injured. Rithvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi, who've been roped in for a special episode of "Kumkum Bhagya," will be seen rescuing her and taking her to the hospital.
The show will take a one-month leap, and, during this time, Abhi will lose his will to live, perform and earn. While Tanu and Aaliya believe that their plan has worked wonderfully, Pragya will make a grand entry in a completely new avatar. This time she will sport a new look - no specs, no behenji clothes and no innocent behavior. She will be back with the sole motive to ruin Tanu and Aaliya.
While her family will be thrilled upon learning that Pragya is alive and well, Abhi's family will be in shock. Abhi, on the other hand, will come back to life and express his love again. While Abhi is still in love with Pragya, her new avatar will not go down too well with him. He will demand his fuggi back, which will lead to more fights between them.
Pragya, who has come back to seek revenge, will start playing games with Tanu and Aaliya. Will she be successful? Will she win back the love of her life?
