Akhiraj and Harki deserve a special mention. They made sure that Nandini had no time to wonder about such worldly issues as love and where babies come from. They kept her so overworked and underfed that all she could think about was sleep and food. And she wanted to play sometimes but never "doctor, doctor".

Urmi not only looks older, she is older too.

Her idea of life is from TV only. She thought her nuptials would be all about her husband giving her a rose.

She didn't know how the baby got into her -- even after getting impregnated by her husband. To her that act is only Kundan troubling her,

If she can't differentiate between someone troubling her and someone forcing her into sex, I would think she is dumber.

The Nimboli-Urmi scene on the coming baby was totally stupid and unrealistic. There are naughty/suggestive folk songs played at weddings precisely to tell the bride what to expect.

Then there will be functions like godh bharai to which entire village gets an invite.

I don't how they assumed village environment is equal to dumb environment.
