It cant be the waiter's mistake because Rana ji wont ever send the drink to any girl let alone to Gayetri. He wasnt even interested in the idea of meeting the princess of Kinnor. Its most likely Chacha ji taking revenge from Govind seth

Rajmata asked Yashoda to find out why his daughter is still unmarried. Agar unko humari kamjori pata hai toh humein bhi unki kamjori maloom honi chahiye

And since Rajmata has more imp task at hand now of making his son getting agree to marry princess, so i dont think Rajmata will do anything.
Chacha might do something bcoz he just got to know that Gayatri argued with Britisher due to which he got offended.
