As per what i understood today this surrogacy track is not related to Ishita, Raman. It's a racket by Dr. Mukherjee who is the current doctor of Ishita, and Shagun is here to expose him

Next can be the case that after this racket or due to this racket, Ishita will start consulting Dr. Manoj for their further family plans, and indirectly Shagun will help them, unknown to them.

These are both in/directly related to Shagun so everywhere we are hearing involvement of Shagun and getting some or different assumption stories
