How can a flop actor like Salman Survive in the movie industry ?

I was just checking some of the movie that Salman Khan did in his career I see most of his movie are flop and yet he manages to sign movie after movie. Is it underworld chamatkar or bhai has talent ?

He is worst dancer, he can't act, he can't cry, he can't do romance...phir bhi he gets movie offer...? How can a flop actor like Salman Survive in the movie industry ?
