People falsely believe SLB is some big shot director, who had actors lined up to work with him and he chose Ranveer. He was down in the dumps after Saawariya & Guzaarish. Not only did he not have any top actors, but he was producing films like Rowdy to finance Ram Leela. So he didn't do Ranveer any favors. Same with Zoya, she only took Ranveer after Ranbir walked out.

Ranveer has made a career out of others rejects. Nobody has done him any favors.

No one say sid and varun look gay or bi bcz of their appearance its just assumption based on their hang out wd kjos.. but some guys wear girlish dresses, colorful dresses, make up (like RS did with sapna bhavnani selfie) and their appearence said a lot about being their gay or bi

thanks.. great perspective.. i never analyzed it that way... indeed...he made his own luck...he was fortunate that those movies worked, i guess...no doubt if slb and zoya had got ranbir or other actors they wanted, probably ranveer would never get those movies
