don't know how many people know about it but ranita and shubhankar have been a part of a singing reality show earlier too. they both were participants on sa re ga ma pa lil champ bengali version . it was telecasted on zee bangla 1-2 years back and had judges like kumar sanu and akriti kakkar .

these 2 came upto top 6 or 5 . my mom watched that series as she is a fan of musicial show especially bengali one because we are bengali .

Really? Shubhankar too? I thought he didn't have that kind of experience the way he was singing off key on this show...

After you said that, I think all these contestants have been part of other regional shows.. I just checked up on Vaishnav and he also participated on Surya Singer last year.. I guess that these kids participate in all the local shows first and then come for the national ones. Just not sure about Moti since judges seem to make it a point to always point out how he never used to even listen to movie songs ..

In that context, Moti is a raw and uncut diamond. He gives a tough competition to the other contestants who are already exposed to different genres of Music. I am a Nithyashree fan, but I adore not only Moti's sense of musicality, but his calm and composed nature as well.

i always find zee bangla saregama judges very fair ,they behaves equally,i followed that time till top 9 or 10 i guess-dint find ny partiality till date-donno knw uske baad🥱
