Daadima had never been so angry with him before.
It was definitely Geet who was influencing her behavior.
He wondered how he could lecture her, now that Daadima had shut his mouth.
He practised in the reflection on the desk on making his eyes bigger.
Her question rankled him.
Why had he grabbed her to dance?
It was not as if he danced much or with any staff ever, then why with her?
He closed his eyes, pinching the bridge of his nose at the image of her sliding all over him.

What had caused that urge?
Normally he maintained a three foot distance where women were concerned, so what made him do these things which were unnatural for him.
Of course it was her fault.

The thought gave him jitters.
From the corner of his eye he noticed one of the files for the project she was working on with Daadima.
He grabbed it and walked into his office, smirking when he heard her come back to find her file.
