neev is more matured than him.....at least he knows that prachi is married its good to maintain the distance even though they are childhood friends....and though he is stucked in his past.....

My piece of thought:

Well Milind can't help it, he's jealous to death seeing Prachi and Neev. And he might be having double standards but that's not the issue to me: Milind's furious seeing Prachi and Neev: obviously. Well Prachi should have been furious too, seeing Milind and Ayesha, and that's the issue. Now Milind thinks Prachi doesn't give a hoot even if he's plastered all over by Ayesha. But we all know the hows and whys, so I'll leave it at that.
