Emotions are running pretty high in the forum today, huh?

I could've posted this in one of threads, but I don't want to go this unnoticed by the fans or actors, so making a separate post on it.

Firstly, guys, their friendship had always been out in the open. They had always been outspoken, politically incorrect people. Did you really expect that they would be silent or professional about their fight? It is also all out in the open like their bonding. Why so disappointed then, guys?

As for the sarcastic comments - We've seen them during the previous fights too. And even during their friendship phase, how did you expect they would seize being sarcastic? I was a huge fan of them off-screen because of their genuine and unconventional bonding( never wanted them to hook-up though, clearing it, just in case*cough*) but I always had an inkling that, if they break, they would be nasty about it. Don't tell me that you guys never suspected that?!

Now getting down to business... I think we are getting a bit too carried away in our disgust at them... but let's just not forget certain things?

The Good:

They talked about their difficult phases, parents, girlfriend, insecurities... it requires a lot of courage to put yourself out in public like that. I admired them for it, for being such REAL people. That will stay and will be admired forever...

They genuinely wished good for each other. It always showed.

As for rest of the crew and these two making fun of their fight, what's the big deal? I found it hilarious when Gaurav and Rohit pointed out that Sahil ran away coz Rajshri came. And she laughed about it. The cast is clearly not tooo bothered about the fights. That is how it should be if they are to work together as a unit without getting too awkward.

BUT...

The Bad & Ugly :

Then these two shouldn't really be so Foul, if they are so cool about their fight. That's where the problem starts...

Sahil and Rajshri, can you please MOVE ON? You two are clearly so hung up on each other that, you can't RESIST being snarky. You Fought. You don't want to patch up. Very well... your life. But why make the interviews unpleasant? Talk about the track or your characters without taking digs at each other. Just like how you two are clearly not interested in each other, I'm not interested in watching your childish digs at each other... they are amusing to certain extent only...but to drag on for 2 months? Who would want to watch friends-turn-foes taking digs at each other forever? Stop it already... do it when the cameras are off. Thank You.

Sahil, from your interviews you came across as a practical guy. I'm APPALLED at your statement. Dude, you work on Television and your show is supposed to be a "Love story" What else do you expect to be showed on it?😆 Even the shows which call themselves 'family dramas" or "traditional shows" showed 1000 times MORE romance than in yours! Why is your personal life more important than other actors'? I don't get it.

Romantic scenes must be difficult, we get it... but that's a "professional" difficulty right? If I am attending a client's call and her voice reminds me of my long lost sister, it is upto ME to keep my emotions in check. If I don't want my client to ask me personal questions, then I shouldn't expect her to "understand" my situation either. Can't have the cake and eat it too.

I'm not hurt or anything by these two but I'm bored of giving so much importance to their off-screen shenanigans now...can we just have no drama 'off-screen' now? Learn to be a little professional Sahil and Rajshri...

And guys, If it is not working out between two people then it is okay... we don't know what exactly happened, so we can't really blame them... nor can we expect "joint interviews" if they don't want to communicate beyond their scenes... but yeah, no need to take their attitude-giving to each other... they can do it when cameras are off😆

Ooops long post... just want to look at the situation from all sides... it's okay, a long tribute to their once-upon-a-time-friendship I admired... nothing to talk about it anymore in future anyway😆

Lol I think fans should just ignore whatever they are doing. Bhav nehi dogi toh khud akar pero par girhe ga. The more you insist they patch up or act professional, the more attitude they will show thinking they have the upper hand over fans. If fans ignore them then they will come back begging for viewers' love. If not then unki professional life karab hoga, humara kya.

I am disappointed because it's disgusting and unprofessional...this isn't even about their friendship anymore. I think they've chosen the wrong time to hate each other to this extent. Maybe te love track on the show is causing problems in Sahil's personal life, or Rajshri's...God knows, but if that's the case...quit. Leave the show...move on...and then I'll move on too. There's nothing cute anymore about their fight and their behavior...I took it for a long time too but I think fans need to say what's on their minds now because if the actors don't care and insult each other openly anyway so what are we doing here with our pent up emotions? LOL might as well unleash the filth and that's rly all I feel right now their faces turn me off utterly unprofessional folk these 2

OMG @drummedup! You literally made the post I wanted to make!
You pretty much summed up all my feelings in regards to all the negativity going on.

I get it... everyone, including myself, loved how Sahil and Rajshri were offscreen, which is why we all ended up loving them even more than usual. However, the truth is, they were REALLY friendly and blunt with one another, and although it was all innocent, some people and media, probably drove it to another level, where Sahil probably started having personal issues with his girlfriend (just saying based on assumption, so this is not a fact of course). If this were the case, Sahil could have been more professional about it, and didn't have to cut off Rajshri cold turkey.. but then again, who knows what the truth really is.

Also, what I am confused about is exactly what @drummedup said. Sahil was always the one to mention how as an actor he has no problems doing romantic scenes b/c he knows the difference between REEL and REAL, and it's an actor's job. But now, all of a sudden, he has a change of heart. So now what? Does he all of a sudden not understand the difference between REEL and REAL? Or his girlfriend is just not happy about how close him and Rajshri were as friends?

Rajshri on the other hand, from the interviews, and even Sahil mentioned it, that she is not very comfortable with the romantic scenes, BUT as an actor, she has always tried to improve. What I want to know is, what did Rajshri say (I assume I missed something) that made people hate her or feel that she is being unprofessional? I have seen Sahil saying unnecessary things now and avoiding her, but what did Rajshri say or do (can someone share a link maybe)?

It really does suck that these two do not communicate as friends anymore, especially b/c when they were friends, they were just beyond cute, fun, innocent and honest. Their offscreen friendship was so admirable and they changed the whole notion of how onscreen couples can be awesome friends offscreen. At this point, I can only hope that they patch up whatever issues they have, and become the bubbly pair of friends we loved.

And for the meantime, I would just request everyone to keep their cool and just enjoy "YuvAni" onscreen, b/c their personal issues clearly are not getting in the way of their beautiful onscreen chemistry that sizzles. Hopefully that remains, but only time will tell. So let's just enjoy what we can for now! 😕 đŸ„±đŸ„ș

@Aisha: Agreed! It's their loss ultimately more than ours, in any case.
@Yanks: You are the ultimate positive pill... to hear this from you is more saddening than their fights. Like I said, who has got more to lose here? Them. It is their doing... karma will catch up, don't worry😆
I never expected 'professionalism' from them in their interviews EVER but I did expect it 'on-screen' atleast. Given how they once mentioned they felt ashamed that they fought on camera while shooting a scene. Now the scenario is more or less same. Their fight is their business... but to affect story/show because of that... then they might as well feel ashamed again.

@Lopa: don't say that Lopa... atleast you have the satisfaction of being a patient, loyal and genuine fan all along? They couldn't stick out like we did 😛😆 So cheer up!

They're behavior is disgustingly unprofessional. I have seen actors that don't get along or do joint interviews but they don't take digs at each other or each other's characters behind their co-actor's back. I think Sahil and Rajshri need to realize that they are not big enough personalities yet that they can get away with hurting fans sentiments. Heck, the most popular actors in Bollywood/Hollywood get torn apart if they do something that hurts fans. Toh Sahil or Rajshri kya cheez hai. They won't even exist if fans stop supporting them. They don't need to patch up but have the decency not to make rude and snarky remarks about your co-actor or characters.

Exactly charmz, things changed overnight. They attended 2-3 award nights together and BAM! everything blew up. Something HUGE must've happened.

Does he all of a sudden not understand the difference between REEL and REAL? Or his girlfriend is just not happy about how close him and Rajshri were as friends?

THIS! This is the most irritating part of this whole thing. My whole idea of Sahil being a super-cool guy has gone to dogs😆 I thought he'd make fun of these romantic scenes at how funny and unreal they are... but here he is...getting all hot and bothered about them. Very unusual and disappointing!

Rajshri was always very uncomfy with these scenes. Understandable. But, like you said she is trying. That's a good professional behaviour on her part. Even I don't know what else she said... all I know of is in the interview they gave to IF, she said that Sahil has stopped talking to everyone on sets not just her... so it's not a thing from her side but rather from him. [But in reality, he is being odd only with her.] In the same interview Sahil was diplomatic about the fight saying they are 'cordial'. So, everyone said Rajshri was being unprofessional about it... agreed, because you can't just go about saying that your co-star is being cut off from everyone, so it's his doing😆 But she was always naive, like this... zyaada bura bhi nahi maan sakte😆

It really does suck that these two do not communicate as friends anymore, especially b/c when they were friends, they were just beyond cute, fun, innocent and honest. Their offscreen friendship was so admirable and they changed the whole notion of how onscreen couples can be awesome friends offscreen. That whole world of difference between them off-screen and on-screen was so bloody admirable about them. It clearly SHOWED how well they separated their friendship from their on-screen dramas/characters or even the difference in importance given to their characters. They genuinely respected, liked and understood each other beyond the glamour world dirty aspects. But, that very admirable angle about them is gone now!

😕 đŸ„±đŸ„ș
