My answer is simple... They didn't understand each other.. Though arjun intends to hurt Sam but he never doubts her... Though radz doubts arjun now and then she never tried to destroy him instead she wanted him to show what's correct and let him correct himself. Though Neil lives Sam he never tried to conquer her... But it's only Sam who has really really out of the character... She didn't trust arjun first and now she trust him and humiliates radz... Ams she could never feel or see a man crying in front of her eyes.. That's quite strange for me

In these type of situations, the right or wrong depends on whether the said person can share the situation openly with their fianc and whether the fianc would be ok with it. Every individual and couple have different boundaries and limits.

In Sam's case, Arjun knows that Sam and Neil are very close friends. He is getting married after knowing all this.

In Radhika's case, the fact that Radhika will never be able to openly share the situation with Saral and that makes it wrong. If it is something she has to hide, then it is not right. Plus, the romantic bgm played in that scene indicated that the scene was something more than a casual helping out with the dress.
