For The Year That Has Gone By!

For the fireflies that lit a trail of love in a night sky wished upon by a shooting star

For a love that is imperfectly perfect,

For a knight who masqueraded as a monster,

For the wisp of a girl with the will of iron and a heart full of hopes

For a love story that began with a punch

For a lonely little boy who was afraid of the dark and yet had to embrace the night

For a lonely little girl who had to grow up too fast

For their love that makes the old feel young and the young feel adult

For being poetry in motion

and fairytales come alive

For bringing magic to our lives and music to our souls!

Thank you to each and everyone who was responsible for this show, the Cvs, the directors, the cast, the crew, everyone who worked behind the scenes for giving us a shot of magic!

Its been a year of watching and through all the ups and downs I still hold this show and MaNan close to my heart.

I also would like to appreciate PaNi for bringing Manik and Nandini alive for me.

He was fearful of the dark, she was all things light.

He was a pretend monster, she wore hope as her cover.

He lived for others, she took it all on her for others.

And then they met. Hands.

Somewhere they mirror each other.

Both flawed. Both accepting.

He took to her light. She experienced his dark world

Together is what they held on to.

Respect for each other is what they always had.

Love is them. They are love.

His stars.Her fireflies.Their Music.

Words will fall short always when i talk of this show. So much joy , so much love. They have given me a love which i can smile and laugh about for years to come. Here is to the fab cast, crew, team and the fans. It's been a journey.

Happy One Year Anniversary to this groundbreaking sleeper hit that no one saw coming...more power to them for having made it despite all odds...and those odds were MANY😆...Still they prevailed👍🏼

I saw this tall dark man in the storeroom, tousled hair and with frightened eyes in the dark, I saw this tiny doll like girl lighting a fire, I saw this huge smile on the gal's face and the guy got up saying "Sacred? I am not sacred" The gal responded "Sacred? Not sacred, hatred na, hatred for darkness?" And the guy turned around with a stunned look on his face. I instantly knew there was a connection between them, some sort of spark, I wanted to devolve further, to find out this mysterious, what is this fireflies the gal is happy about? Why are they locked in a room? Why is there this two gals and a guy chasing to find this "Manik..Nandini" That is how this show started for me, and how I first notice this chemistry between MaNan.

From there, it was no turning back, and not one regret.
