The King in the Long Run: Karanvir Bohra

Karanvir Bohra

You may know him as Dhruv, Viraj or Aahil. Or you may know him as one of the finest Indian Television Actor. Or both. Or (cutting to the chase), you may know him as Karanvir Bohra.

Now wait, I don't regard him as one of the finest actors just for the sake of it. He has proved his existence and dominance over the Silver Screen again and again with his pro acting skills. From Just Mohabbat to Qubool Hai, he has never missed the mark to please his viewers and fans. May it be a warm teenager or a fierce husband, he has always managed to pull off his role with an epitome of hard-work.

The first vivid memory I have of him dates back to the time of Shararat when he played the role ofDhruv alongside Shruti Seth. That was the time the show was at its peak and everyone from children to youngsters to their parents used to sit back in front of their TVs to catch up with the show. It was a massive hit and everything about the show from the cast to the classic neighbour borrowing shakkar still runs in our veins.

He also featured in Kasauti Zindagi Ki, Kkusum, Piya Ke Ghar Jaana Hai before landing up on the showSaubhagyavati Bhava which gathered massive claps, whistles and whoops for the cast's phenomenal acting and the depth of the story. Karanvir's role as Viraj Dobriyal in this fiction show also made him bag multiple awards.

And here he is again, playing the role of Aahil Raza Ibrahim and once again, stealing the hearts of millions of girls across the country. People have loved him, appreciated him and given him all the encouragement that he deserves.

Apart from fictional TV shows, Karanvir has also left a mark (and we hope he continues to do so) on the Golden Screen with movies like Kismat Konnection and Mumbai 125 KM. He has also been a host forGumrah and been a participant for many reality shows which include: Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Khatron Ke Khilaadi.

The only thing which is now left to say is...nothing. Words will never be able to describe how elegant an actor he is. His works speak for him and snatches the words out of our mouths - leaving us speechless.

So let us all make sure to give him as much as love that we can and appreciate his input to the entertainment industry.

And people, now you now why I addressed him as The King in the Long Run.

Had only heard of him before watching QH! I was not expecting to fall so hard for his acting style but I did! Now I am his fan and will remain so!

At the behest of others I went and watched Shararat (which I had heard of) it's so funny and KV is hilarious in it. KZK scenes I have seen as well. Again superb. Same goes for Viraj. The guy is a fab actor and his dialogue delivery is always superb and emoting spot on. He always commands the screen when he is on it. Like he manages to upstage others! At the start of QH2, I loved his scenes with SS (Rehan). There was so much banter in them. I felt SS really shone in his scenes with KV. He is not an actor that detracts from the other person acting with him, but increases their performance too! He has shown he is versatile with the different roles he has done!

KV has proven himself over many years and has nothing to prove really. His work speaks for him, and even after this show, he will be just as good at his job! Hope to see him do many more divers roles! He is now one of my favourites and will remain so!

KV is definitely one of the best tellywood has out there.

He acts well and would do good in some serial where he is the central character.
If not for the style with which he put on his shades in that last year's QH montage, I would have never watched QH.
