But their relationship is a big question mark for me.

They are claiming that they don't have any blood relation.Is it true??? In flashback, they showed Arjun & Nandu together before Nandu had met Samrat.At that time, Nandini herself was struggling.Then How & why she took responsibility of of a little orphan boy????😕😕😕😕😕
