Hi everyone, i am new here but am a regular follower of kyy this is my first try, kyy has really been an inspiration i am a very big fan of the whole kyy team and the creativity that some of our IFians made me to pen down my thoughts and here it goes hope you guys like it...
Manik : Nandini i know that you love me but ye koi rule nahi hai ki i have to love you back y don't u understand yaar we are good friends plz don't spoil our friendship.
Nandini was broken hearing this, she never wanted to confess this to him because she was scared that their friendship might ruin n today, when she finally dared to say it to him, she felt she lost it, the best relation that they shared till date their friendship has come to an end.
And *cut* they were rehearsing for a play to perform for the school's cultural fest.
Manik, Cabir and mukti were friends from childhood kehte hai na chuddy-buddy friends they had their own gang mukti had few other friends alia, dhruv, navya and nandini all together they became very good friends. Nandini who joined the school recently made very good friends with the gang but the spark that manik and nandini shared it was something different.
*As this is my first try i just made sure to keep it brief if u like my work i would surely try something different*
Manik was in a state where he was really confused whether he should be confessing his love to nandini or not because, the play in which they are the main leads showed that nandini was a cute little girl who was so much in love with manik but, manik never ever understood her love usko lag raha tha ki vo sirf ache dosth hai nothing more than that but the play ends up showing the importance of friendship and nandini realises that its just attraction and they continued as friends *you know schooling days always has a major role of friends and friendship being the cutest relation*.
Manik was very clear that he loved nandini but he couldn't dare to say it, as his mind was in a single track that his real life story would end up exactly the way its being portrayed by them in the play. Nandini had given him enough clues for a boy to understand that she has really fallen for him but Manik is manik he never understood it and he just kept assuming that nandini likes him only as a friend.
Alia : Well done guys you both were really amazing.
Nandini : Thankx, alia *turns towards manik* acha manik ghar chalte haina its too late aaj kelie ithna rehearsal is enough im very much tired.
Mukti : Nandu, alia n navya lets go i'll drop you guys.
*conversation in car between girls*
Navya : atleast aaj bola usne??
Nandini : Navya please na, kithne saare clues de chuki hu that i... but vo hai ki he cant see it
Mukti : Yaar plz, not again i don't understand ki tum dono ka problem kya hai school mai sabko dikhta hai ki there is something in betwn u guys but tum ho ki
Nandini : mukti the main problem is i cant lose him i cant lose his frndship if he doesn't feel the same no no i cant risk it
Navya : But nandu tujhe atleast try to karna chahie na
Nandini : jab tum sab ko dikh raha hai thn usko kyu nahi dikh raha??
Alia : Ho sakta hai ki vo bhi tumhare tarah soch raha hoga that he too doesn't want to disturb the friendship and the way he looks at u n his care are enough to tell you that he really likes you
Mukti : Even nandini shows the same amount of care
Navya : Hey matharani, in dono ka kuch karo
*All the while mukti was in call with cabir and he heard the conversation between girls and after dropping nandini at her house the team makes a plan on how to make manik and nandini to sort this thing the next day again the same routine the team rehears the whole day and finally its time for them to leave*
Manik : Ok, lets go guys sab chalte hai cabir chal i will drop u and mukti what about u?
Mukti : My driver would be on the way, aata hi hoga u guys carry on mai nandini aur alia saath mai chale jaenge i will drop them bye.
Manik and cabir's *conversation in car*
Cabir : So, maza aya??
Manik : kal mai play ke lines na bhool jau feeling a bit tensed yaar cabir.
Cabir : ab sach bata ur tensed because of the play or ur tensed cause it might turn into reality??
Manik : Cabir not now yaar, bohot fhat rahi ha ii love her damnit, kaise batau mai
Cabir : tujhe batane ki zaroorat nahi hai i guess usko pata hai.
*Manik stops the car with a sudden jerk* *oucchhh...*
Due the sudden jerk Nandini who was hiding in the car's back seat (cabir hid her 😆 teams plan😉) hit her head that's when manik realises her presence.
Manik : Tum yaha?? how?? Matlab tum *and manik glares at cabir as it dawned on him that only cabir is the one who can accidently (wantedly) sneak in nandini to hear what manik feels about her.*
Cabir : I think i should leave you both for a while *and he steps out of the car*
Both manik and nandini were out of words they individually knew that they had feelings for the other but never knew what the other felt about them but as cabir made it easy for nandini it was manik's time to panic many questions were running in his mind and finally he took the lead and spoke.
*Manik to himself : manik you can do it atleast baat to kar just say something*
Manik : Vo nandini actually mai... vo kya hai ki... tumne sab sun lia??
Nandini : *blushing* haan
Manik : Nandini you are a very good friend of mine please i don't want to lose our friendship, job hi tumne suna vo bhool jao i want us to b the way we are.
Nandini : So does that mean ki jo tumne kaha u didn't mean it?? kyat um mujhse?? *and she looked at manik and nodded her head as if saying no*
Manik : Tumhare dil mai mere lie kya feelings hai i don't know nandu but i just wanted to say ki ye kab hua kaise hua i dnt knw but mujhe tumse pyaar hogaya hai n i can completly understand if u don't feel the same for me, ye koi rule to nahi hai ki u have to love me back
Nandini : offo, now don't start copying the lines from our play mai ithni bhi dumb nahi hu mujhe sab dikhta hai??
Manik : Kya dikhta hai?
Nandini : The way u look at me, jab tum mere paas hote ho mujhe koi cheez ki zaroorat hi nahi padti, mere maangne se pehle hi tumhe sab pata chal jata hai ki mujhe kya chahie, tum mere har cheez ka khayal rakhte ho, kya tumhe nahi dikhta the way i look at you, n don't you know how i feel when u get chipku type with other girls n your care and the way you treat me i just couldn't stop...
Manik : couldn't stop??
Nandini : *blushing* couldn't stop...
Manik : *raising eyebrows* bolo
This was enough for manik he got his clue of what nandini feels for him but he was just waiting for her to complete it
Nandini takes the advantage of situation and texts Cabir to come in cabir not knowing that they havnt finished their manan moment he comes and sits in the car disturbing our cute manan moment
Nandini starts smiling and manik glares cabir for ruining the perfect moment
Cabir : Looks kya de raha hai Im starving yaar ghar chalo please i am very much hungry
Manik : Cabir i think you forgot something outside 2 mins check karke aaja.
Cabir : Mai to kuch lekar nahi gaya tha kya bhoolunga chal na gaadi start ka rim damn hungry
Having no option manik drops nandini and before nandini could step out of the car manik steps out and opens the door for her.
Manik : Tum kuch keh rahi thi.
Nandini : Yahi ki tumhe kuch samajh nahi aata
Manik : Samajh aagaya but i want to hear it from you
Nandini : i... i think... nahi i actually... *she looks into manik's eye which were now showing the amount of love those eyes were reflecting and seeing them she just couldn't utter a single word*
Manik : I love you nandini
Without any delay and without even thinking she replied "I love you too Manik" on realising what she said nandini ran into her house and manik drove away from there with a heavenly smile that never wanted to leave him.
