why can't Ahil tell Shaad that Sanam is his wife, and they have lived so much time in Bhopal

He has army intelligence

Aahil tell ready Shaad the truth n Shaad his self also seen ready their wedding photo...but Shaad the lier that lying that Jannat his wife...not others...so, he must tell the truth to Sanam not Aahil

Ahil already did tell Shaad that. Shaad has seen their wedding photo too.

Shaad made no attempts to trace Sanam's past. He closed her missing person file after he fell in 'love' with Jannat.
