No.. i'm 100% sure the Valentine day is on next Monday .. i mean not tomm... and as far as the board meeting is concerned the day of the board meeting starts the very next day thats next tuesday.. i mean all the board of directors start gathering, etc the actual meeting starts maybe on next wed or thurs not sure here..

You are right +sb. The confusion was caused as Maru wrote 31st Oct instead of 31st Jan by mistake!!!😆
