guys anyone knows what was that? what did aryaman pushed in to maniks back and blood came out ? nandu didnt even notice 😕 so scared for manan !! aryamaan wont win as we all know but dont want my babies to get hurt #MananForever

is that any tracking device like whereever manik will go he will be able to track him kinda thing?? those things kinda u push into body like this.. never seen any drugs to go like this .. donno just hope manik is fine!!
