In yesterday's case both amit and prashant have to sing "Tanhayee". So there was a direct fight under identical conditions. And I believe Prashant came out with flying colours 👏 and we now know who is better.

Well I remember William Shakespere proverb " All's well that ends well". In case of prashant it fits well. He started with minor hiccup but he finished in a grand style with Tanhayee.
Amit started with good performance but he ended up with a pathetic performace forgeting 4-5 lines. The nervousness was clearly shown in his face.
Bottom line. Prahsant was good at end. Thats why he reigns.

What I find really funny is that the only round in which ppl can say Prashant is better than Amit is when AMIT forgets his lyrics, touche, its not because prashant sings better than amit, but its due to amit forgetting his lyrics. Otherwise - if Amit hadn't forgotten the lyrics, you guys wouldn't be able to say anything. Compare his humma humma to aashiq banaya. One was fun - and the other was mindlessly easy. Compare bulla ki jana - to badi mushkil. Anyways - to be a playback singer - you need to be a GOOD SINGER, voice quality etc. not the ability to remember lyrics in 5 seconds. You can always have the lyrics sheet in front of you, while you sing, so that doesn't matter.
