I feel like it'll be the second lead. That will be the catalyst for Dhruv to confess to Thapki, or at least, admit his feelings to himself.

i personally think that dhruv doesnt like bihaan... even if he does.. he will later get to know about some bad deeds of bihaan and wont risk thapki's life for it... and will confess to thapki
