Shagun (Anita Hassandani) turns bar escort in Mumbai and get arrested in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein

The upcoming episode of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein will show that Raman goes to Mumbai for a business work.

Raman gets shocked to see Shagun in Mumbai and follows her.

Raman finds Shagun along with some men in a pub.

After going away from Raman and Ishita's life, Shagun becomes bar escort to earn money.

Raman feels that that the men are trying to trapping Shagun but before he would take any step to save Shagun, a police raid happens in the pub.

Shagun gets arrested in the raid.

Raman (Karan Patel) will now definitely do something to bring Shagun out from this problem.

Ruhi's (Rahanika Diwan) efforts bringing a baby for Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi)

It is yet to reveal that Shagun's reentry will bring storm in Raman and Ishita's life or she has changed now.

Apart from this, Ruhi is worried for Ishita after knowing that Ishita cannot have a baby.

Ruhi goes to hospital without informing anyone.

Ruhi requests doctor to give her a baby for her Ishima.

Let's see how Raman and Ishita's life get changed by Ruhi's wish and Shagun's reentry.

It's so funny because they say Shagun is changed and yet she is a bar dancer/escort/whatever you call it..how exactly is that change?

She's become a bechari again...all the characters may forget or ignore her past transgressions because by leaving Shagun alone...it may be shown that this was the only lifestyle option for her. Mihir will feel bad for losing track of her. Raman & Ishita will feel bad that the birth mother of their children has been reduced to this.

Not only that but to see a woman be put in a position that she feels this is the only available option is sad. While some women do choose such a life & we should respect that, it is not always a willing choice for some women, which may be what we see for Shagun.

So inside she may not have changed...but the perception other characters have for her may change.
