PS: I really hope the time is changed. It will be a good way to shake off a show where the writers have no vision any more! 😎

What started as a television show for woman empowerment has now turned into a laughter riot for some, yet it has managed to become one of the biggest franchises on Indian television. Here are 5 reasons why we consider 'Sasural Simar Ka' as the greatest show on TV.(Sarcasm intended)

1. Mutants better than 'X-men'

The 'Nagin' portrayed in 'Sasural Simar Ka' can not only transform into a snake but also has super strength, enough to pick up a pumped up guy! The Nagin must definitely be on professor X's team as she agrees to help out Roli. Also her skin is made up in a honey-comb structure! We bet by the end of the season she would start dancing to "MAI NAAGIN DACE NACHNAA!"

2. Ghosts scarier than 'Paranormal activity'!

In fact the ghosts are so scary that they deliberately turn off the lights and turn them on again using a switch. Also playing with one switch makes all the lights in the room go on and off! The ghost could just come up to the guy and tell him "Im trying to scare you. Okay?" #facepalm.

3. 'Ditto' clones

Scientists have managed to create a clone sheep 98% similar to its twin. The creators of this show apparently have more advanced technology as they manage to place a character that is exactly similar to Roli! 'Judwa wala clich'.

4. EPIC promos!

Hats off to the writers who thought of coming up with this great promo. (PUN INTENDED) "Oh so Dusshera is here? Let's make Simar Sita, Prem ko Ram bana do, and let's make Vikrant Ravan!!" and on top they made the camera guy go around the actors multiple time. Poor guy must have felt dizzy!

5. Super advanced weapon technology!

Roli uses weapons developed by Gods! Not just Indian gods but Greek gods use the 'Trishul' as well. don't believe us? Check out 'Poseidon'!! Maybe we should ask Future-weapons' to feature the Trishul on their show!

This show proves how creative Indian television writers can be. They can write anything that will attract audience. Because they think that 'any publicity is good publicity'.

You should only take up the challenge of watching this show if you want to die laughing or have facepalm frenzy with your friends!

CS your post makes me think that the shameless aping of SSK by QH from the start of Season 3 is a well thought of strategy to take on the original few months down the line.

Will the pathetic duo of Ahil & Sanm give the constantly crying sisters of Sasural sorrow/stupidity ka a run for their money?

I doubt.

I think TRP folks are very loyal and Colour's previous concept that was similar to Sathiya failed miserably.I think QH will too.For the sake of viewers let there be only one non-sense at a given time slot.

QH is any day a better nonsense that SSK.😆 It is not entirely sarcasm...it is easier to compete with SSK than sensible shows like YRKKH and Swaragini..

And TBH, I doubt ETRETR can survive in this spot.😃 Let us see..😊

Okay... we already have an in house witch , poison, bewitched drinks, flying chadars, an experienced PH when it comes to special effects...

QH was better than SSK. I think QH is almost there in terms of BS, a witch,wimpy husband,clueless wife, n+1 villains.

I've high hopes for ETR.. it has a charm. and DD has a huge fan base.I think it'll do well for first 6 months, stuff might happen after, as it happens to all the shows.😆 SP has YHMH or Sathiya @7.30PM i guess?Between SSK & SP shows, i doubt QH with it's crazy storyline will survive.
