As far as I know Indian law, directs to distribute the property equally among all the children of a person after his death, irrespective of their gender, unless there is a will

Then how come Ankit becomes Legal Waaris?

And if a person's friends are not good, then the person is also bad and should not have stake in a big company.Yeh kaisa logic hai?
