That's so sweet. He expected her to come because her editor-in-chief, her friend was in hospital. His anger was only because she didn't come. I don't think he had any intention of pushing her away 😳

They were behaving like such kids. And yet the anger and frustration was because of the deep care and attraction they feel for each other.

I agree, all time he was sounding ok to her ... but I guess there should be a word or two from him or a monologue before leaving.
