Aren't men prone to more anger 😡 😡 (i hate these icons btw) says who?? Mere samney laoo 😆 😆

back to topic :
Do you get angry anytime?
Depends on situation, most of time is chalta hai atitude.

what is your anger management technique?
Resisting the situation , trying to step in anger creator's shoes and looking from different angle to a particular situation/behaviour, sleeping over it. Humming kal ho na ho song in mind... 😊

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?
Yes or No depends on individuals.

Does anger and self esteem have any relation?
Yes or No depends on individuals.

Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion.......
Anger is like the heat that melts wisdom out of a person.

BTW are'nt men prone to anger more......than women who are balanced and wise most of the times
hmmm this "BTW" seems to be the main focus of this post 😆 now don't get angry... First of all I disagree, but if it is felt that way then men ko gussa kon dilata hai 😉 😆 😆 ...

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?

no .. but anger management may be related to maturity.

Does anger and self esteem have any relation?

not always ..but low self esteem is related to bad anger management.

Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion.....😕..

Yes

You are right men are more prone to anger however they don't show their anger as easily as women do

Yes, many times.

what is your anger management technique?

I don't think I need anger management. I don't shout at people. I leave the room in extreme cases or let the person know my stand and reason for my anger. If people are not worth my time then I simply ignore. Waise I listen to MS Subbulakshmi's 'Suprabhatam' every morning and that is sort of meditation too.

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?

If anger is recurring then yes, it does show the (im)maturity of that person.

Does anger and self esteem have any relation?

Those who fail in time management get angry because of low self-esteem.

Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion...😕....

No. It is the most misinterpreted emotion😊. Anger is as important as happiness. It helps people cope with tough situations sometimes. But anger that wrecks relations or makes one violent is definitely dangerous.

BTW are'nt men prone to anger more😉😛......than women who are balanced and wise most of the times😛.

Myth, you are opening a Hornet's nest and welcoming digression now😛. Men get angry quicker compared to women because they curb rest of the emotions. For men who consider crying or displaying affection unmanly are bound to get angry faster. At least one emotion takes over others. Us women who cry at KKHH 'Ma' scenes don't get mad that fast. For us other emotions take over anger.

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?

The more mature you are , the better you absorb anger
Does anger and self esteem have any relation?

yes, a negative relation, You can calm down fast unless your self esteem stops you.
Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion.....😕..

definately, can lead to other dangerously horrible things..
BTW are'nt men prone to anger more😉😛......than women who are balanced and wise most of the times😛

he he i love this question.. 😃 😆,

i guess a person's ego makes him/her more prone to anger. and as men are more egoisitc than women, so that explains why women are calm , wise dolls all the time ...😉

Bass aur nahi saha jaata 😆😆 No I disagee with point regarding ego, ego is not necessarily cause of anger... why do we always generalise Men being more egoist...so women cry moe so they are weak? .... never mind not going into that all I can say ego <-> anger not related. 😊

yes, sometimes.

what is your anger management technique?
depends on what made me angry. if i am angry at myself, i am really proactive about it not to repeat the mistake. if i am angry at children, i discipline them, when angry at relatives / friends, i speak out and complain and sort it out, if angry at boss, i gossip 😆, angry at losers/ cunning people- i trash them / shushhh them , officials- i discuss and work together to enhance professional experience for both

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?
dealing with anger does

Does anger and self esteem have any relation?
self esteem at some instances dictates what makes you angry and self-esteem also dectates what yor POA would be
Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion.....😕..
when anger-assessment and anger- management is missing, it could be. anger at the british rule fetched us our freedom.. i never undermine anger and over-rate forgiveness. Anger must be used in a positive manner and a judicial manner.

BTW are'nt men prone to anger more😉😛......than women who are balanced and wise most of the times😛
i dunno. my dad rarely gets angry and mom is angry a lot. same with n's parents. myself is rarely angry, but n gets angry faster. i dont think it is gender-specific. my male boss never got angry and female boss never had an anger-free day 😕
IMO, anger development and management has to do with
1. childhood, 2. stability, 3. values, 4. esteem, 5. responsibility, 6. expectations, 7. enviroment ofcourse

nice posts dew drop, maya & others.
@ RAJ- haha.. when ego is hurt, there could be despair and there could be anger. I will side you if you said it is not gender-specific.. but can't agree with you if you said EGO and ANGER have no connection.
We can read about abnormal psychology, ego-dystonic anger attacks, psychotherapy and anger management .

Do you get angry anytime?
Far more than I'd like to, actually.

what is your anger management technique?
Communication, if that is possible. Once I get the issue that upset me in the first place out of my system I sort of cool down pretty fast. The other way is to just shut my mind down, take a break and relax with a hot or cold drink.

Does anger and the maturity of of that person have any relation?
I really don't think so. I have seen old people get as angry as young ones. Its just that with maturity we learn to disguise our emotions better and perhaps dont let our anger show.

Does anger and self esteem have any relation?
May be those who have no self esteem are such pushovers and accept whatever cards fate deals them withut protesting.

Is'nt anger the most dangerous emotion.......
Yes, Uncontrolled anger definitely is. But if it is within limits it often serves as a well needed kick in the posterior and may actually help you achieve something positive out of it.

BTW are'nt men prone to anger more......than women who are balanced and wise most of the times
I don't think so. Its just that it is less socially acceptable for a woman to show or demonstrate her anger.
