What happened to Rags?

I havent watched the show in a while but I switched it on to see that Rags has been replaced??

Can anybody shed some light on this and why the original actress left?

I disliked the character but the actress was great in the role of a villain..she had all the nuances of a bratty and haughty lady

Sonu the original Ragini left I guess she wasnt happy with her role

I just read an article that both of the actors who play Saurabh and Ragini decided to quit the show because there was no creative outlet for their role. I think they wanted more creativity but since the show revolves mostly around Yuvraaj, Suhani, and Dadi, they didn't have much going on with their role. I think Sonu got tired of playing the same vampish character and wanted more in the sense of creativity. I don't blame them. Actors that have tremendous talent should be able to have flexible roles so their talent can be seen and fully enjoyed.
