I think that's her name anyway, I forget. 😆

Anyway, as much as a typical villain she is, I can't help her. Maybe its the way the actress plays her or the character itself; she seems so naive and dumb that she can't possibly be a villain.

I love how she acts innocent, but at the same time she does seem like the innocent village girl. I can't hate her, even though I would most likely hate if someone else did the same things. I think it's because she's not those villains (guy stealing, house stealing villain) who dresses up very materialistically or acts like she's higher up than the female lead.

I can't hate her honestly, no matter how much I should. I find it hilarious how she's taking Minty for a ride, and that she's always buttering her up. She's like a baby. Funny how whenever she's on screen my mum always coos at her. Like "aww, she's putting butter on her saas now is she?"

Heh. I find her much better than that fake accusation sister-in-law of the sister-I-don't-care-about. I forget their names.

Hi Zahara,

Perhaps you like the girl who plays Kajal. I also find the Kajal parts to be more bearable

than Astha's fake accusation parts. On thing is for sure-Kajal as a character is more likable than

Astha. Minty deserves what Kajal is doing to her but Alka & family don't deserve

what Astha is doing to them.

Good post.

Actress who plays Kaajal is Priyanka Bhera. I think she is a newcomer. I too found her cute initially. But after turning pure negative I think it would be better if cvs gave Kaajal's role to an established actress. Coz viewers have to hate this vamp and feel afraid of her plans.

Yes dii, I too feel the same. It would have been better if this role was given to some established actress. Some innocent character suits her better.

If the role of Kajal is performed by some other known or famous actor how could her tag line mummy ji main to jhalli hu na get fit on her .whether she look like a vamp or not but she definitely look like a jhalli

Very true...and that adds to the jhalliness factor, which is why Minty believes her infinitely...but more for the fact that she is a friend's daughter . Astha on the other hand has a cunning look to her and acts well too, which is why she evokes far more antipathy.
