Umm..I have no idea what is careful carelessness? I have never heard of that.
Maybe it people who are deliberately careless? It can be useful depends on the situation.
I seriously have no idea what I'm talking about so I'll stop

I think Actor Rajanikant is doing carefull carelessness....In his film we can see him as supper hero and his real life he never use makeup or hairfixing or anything like that......a 60 year old man wear white n white,with white hair........😳

And I think some people doing like that things n different place different situations........A type of Carefull Carelessness.........😃

hehe.. so now all i can think of is STAGED fights and WWF etc.. or fake stunts / fake fires / fake earthquake scenes in movie.
an ardent fan of honesty and truth, i have no appreciation for careful carelessness 😆.. if u r careful, look careful.. if u r careless look careless.. life is a puzzle in itself.. who'll decode the mystery of whether someone is careless / careful 😳..
I am thinking of scenario, where a driver indicates to the cop he could be drunk the way he is driving.. and when caught, he could appear the most sobre person on street .. he he .. no, not cool in my eyes..
