I have seen pictures of mallaika kissing him (on cheeks..just so i may clear :p) while bebo pouting. There were certain pictures him and mallaika were looking more like a couple where as bebo was busy pouting. So no..i doubt a woman who is insecure in her relation would do that.

They seem very secure in their relation and that gives them a certain calmness and i think that is why she is pretty unaffected about career fluctuations..she has enough positivity coming from this relation or else a kareena of pre 2007 would have lost her marbles at others heading ahead
