Voting Round One!
But first I would like to thank -Preetz-, Bhavanab, visrom, and misha.as as they played the role of a panel who decided if the banners really met the criteria or not. Unfortunately after discussing with them I've removed 4 banners from the voting round as they did not meet one or two of the criteria. So if you find that your banner is missing, please note that this is the reason for it.
