With Rekha walking out of the film mid way, the makers of Fitoor are now facing monetary issues. Read on to know full story...

Not too long ago, Abhishek Kapoor's highly anticipated film Fitoor grabbed headlines when Rekha made an exit from the project. After the veteran actress ditched Fitoor, which stars Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead, Tabu was brought on board immediately.However, this whole switch has made things a bit tough for the makers as they will now have to re-shoot all the portions they shot with Rekha in Kashmir. And it won't b easy because the makers of Kat and Aditya starrer will once again have to take permission to shoot in the beautiful valley. So all this has created budget issues for the makers.

While talking to a leading tabloid, a source said, "The film was already over budget and the permission to shoot in Kashmir was obtained with a lot of difficulty. Now re-shooting will not only add to budget issues, but also getting the similar effect in terms of weather will also be a huge challenge."

Talking to the same tabloid, UTV's spokesperson didn't comment on the same but he revealed, "The Mumbai schedule is well on track. We are currently shooting at a studio and will be here for another 25 days, so there is no question of any permission."

While it is being said that Rekha had only shot for two days in Kashmir, according to a tabloid report, the ageless diva shot for more than two days. If that's the case then the makers of Fitoor will have to zoom off to Kashmir again that too for a few days so that they can re-shoot the scenes with Tabu. And that will surely burn a hole in their pockets!

At-first I thought about this as well. Because the images that were leaked were stunning and I didn't want them to lose all of that. The golden autumn feel and those leaves scattered across the ground.






This is what I am talking about. Under no circumstances should these be removed from the movie.

Its just two days and the scene they shot with Rekha were in Sep-Nov period. They can easily go in that period again. And hopefully get the right weather (wont be that difficult). Take Tabu there for two days, shoot and come back. Wont cost that much.
