Why no credit to Madhavan for TWM's success?

This movie was promoted as a Kangana Ranaut movie which was a smart move as she is basking high on the success of Queen and also won a national award for it.But R.Madhavan too is an integral part of the movie.Everybody is giving the credit for it's success only to kangana and not madhavan?Why?Was his role that bad or his acting was not good?If kangana is Bollywood superstar then madhavan too is/was a southern films superstar(agreed 'southern films superstar' status has no value in Bollywood).

Queen effect...otherwise...TWMR is as much Madhvan's movie as it is Kangna's ...I don't even know why people r calling it woman oriented...it is NOT...its a story of a dysfunctional couple and how they try to overcome it...

These days Kangana is soaring way too high. She's not even as great as people are making her out to be! :/

Because Seeta or Geeta is not remembered as Sanjeev Kapoor's or Dharmendra's movie.. Chaalbaaz is not known for Sunny Deol or Rajnikant's movie.. :)

TWMR is primarily a comedy. Deepak Dobriyal and Kangana are the main characters who made the movie a fun ride. So if you look at it that way then Maddy's was more of a supporting role. I watched the movie twice and that's because of Deepak, Kangana and of course the terrific dialogues. So yeah, a huge chunk of credit does go to them. So if I have to give credit to the actors involved...that'd be Deepak and Kangana.

all the credit should be given to the director and the writers

maddy,no doubt is a good actor but he had nothing to do in the film apart from looking helpless and giving pining looks.

Madhavan is still getting some credit, what about Jimmy Shergil - kudi bhi nahi mili credit bhi nahi milti hai ... !! 💔
