Incest or not?

I'm not trying to insult anyone or hurt cultural sentiments but just thought to ask this out of curiosity.
Actually recently i read a curious and interesting case of an romantic couple which were considered incest by people but they actually were not.
I know Jagya and Anandi's biological kids share a sibling relationship. At least the one who met. Is it possible for Abhi and Nandini to have any sort of romantic relationship? If, for suppose, they don't consider themselves siblings, will it be incest if they pursue any such relationship? Technically they are not related by any blood. Anandi is merely adopted daughter of Singh family but not adopted sister of Jagya. Neither did Shiv ever considered Jagya as his brother.

Don't understand why it is necessary to talk about possible romantic relationship between Jagya's kids and Anandi kids🤢

I really hope that cvs will not show any romantic angle between abhi, mannu in one side with nandini shivam other side.

It is not incest but don't think Abhi is going to figure in Nandini's story.

Most probably creatives will ensure Abhi, Shivam & Amol (if they bring him back) marry balika vadhus or girls rescued from child marriage to keep the concept of their show alive.

So who loves whom depends on them.

When you said incest I thought of something else.

I read recently that a brother and sister separated actually fell in love and married and then they came to know that their mothers are same. This happened in Brazil.
