There could be two scenarios. She would have actually seen the doctor who would have told her what is wrong and on pooja day when kaajal is about to drug her she will escape but not expose kaajal until she has proof this time so she won't be sent out and this time she will be very clever and expose kaajal slowly
Or she really did not c the doctor and she will make a scene at the pooja and guys u know anything can happen after that
