Censor Board Rejects Sunny Leone's Mastizaade, Refuses To Even Give It An 'Adult' Certificate!

Sunny Leone's upcoming film, Mastizaade, seems to be in deep trouble. Directed by Milap Zaveri, who earlier made the Masti series, the film was supposed to release in May this year. But considering its hassles with the Censor Board, the movie still hasn't been able to hit theatres. Earlier it was reported that the film is awaiting certification from the board, and hence the delay. But according to the latest reports, when the movie went to the revising committee, they also found the film's content too bold for viewing and refused to clear the movie for release.
Now, the makers have decided to move to the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal. It is also being reported that while a female member of the board had agreed to clear the movie with an 'A' certificate after a few cuts, the rest of the board didn't back her up. Thus, for now, the movie's fate is still hanging in the middle, and we don't know if we will get to watch Sunny Leone's naughty antics on the big screen after all!
