I agree with you. It is not always about marriage or age. Didnt Rani Preity disappeared even before their 30s and they were not even married? Not that i don't like them. I actually love both of them but it happened.
Now look at Aishwarya and Kajol. They are in their late 30s or early 40s and they are married and have kids yet they are always considered for big movies.
This all comes down to combination of things. Beauty+Acting+Charm+Style+Star power and the most important X factor. If you have that then marriage, age, ect ect don't matter
Kareena is one actress who never been too affected by flops like you said. I am really happy for her. She is finally bouncing back. Eagerly waiting for her movies. Now personally I really want to see her in Anand Rai next with Salman. I think she will nail it.
