The example or the situation you are trying to portray is only possible if the kidnapper has planned everything, kept his family hidden or himself had went underground and even ensured some identification change. Otherwise in case of kidnapping there are thousands of Govt. documents where the police gets the authority to look for the kidnapper's address and his personal information. Akhera is not some rich goon who has got contacts with very important officials of his place or any Govt. department. He seems like a normal dangerous goon who knows how to handle his gun. Someone like Ratan Singh. Now how difficult was it for Shiv to find Ratan Singh even though that man made efforts to hide himself and his family with the help of an police man in his family? He did manage to track him down even if he was not successful in catching him.
Exactly. Moreover he isn't from a different state and lives in the neighboring district. Also Anandi has seen her daughter with that man and his wife when they were leaving after their temple visit. She took oath to eradicate balvivah after this incident that is good but first isn't it her responsibility to find Nandini? She attacks with her gang when she gets any information or call w.r.t child marriage but she has already got some clues in case of Nandini kidnap and balvivah why doesn't she work on it first? Why she expect one fine day police will call and tell her 'Madam we found your lost daughter'.
